Bad service and wrong cover located not as require

On the 11th of February I phoned liquid capital to have my car covered under their motor plan and spoke to a gentlemen named Cyril. He advised me on which plan to take and mentioned that this was the best option which will cover my car in terms of repairs and servicing. They started debiting my account on the 26 of Feb thus making May the fourth payment they require before activating the plan.

I was perplexed today when I went to Audi and was told that my plan does not cover the repair needed and not only that... my plan was not active. The lady at the authorisation centre was rude and not at all customer centric orientated. now I am stuck with and have to pay cash whiles I thought my car was covered under this company. I also had to call end of March to enquire about my documentation which i did not receive. I only got it mid April. Now my questions are.. you captured my plan wrong, late in sending my documents and I had to call to get them, not willing to pay for my repair which now I'm stuck with, very rude in helping your clients. what is liquid capital good at..I think bad service and elude consumers about the service delivery. I am taking this further.
