Im So tired of liquid capital
From incorrect policy loading to misleading information, not to mention changing an agreement with me without informing me.
I called them in the morning to confirm if all is well with my policy as i was taking my car for servive 200kms from home. I spoke to innocentia i was told go ahead sir all is ok.
After booking the car in i was informed by the garage that the liquid capital does not want to pay out due to a incorrect policy.
I paid 3 months in advance to activate the policy, i was told i will not be debited for the next 3 months as im will be credited.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!!! i was still debited but for an incorrect amount. i queried and i was told you are in credit but we will still debit your account the only difference is you agreement will be collected over a shorter period,
So i guess its ok to change legal agreement without consent from a policy holder.
Stay AWAY PEOPLE. Liquid Capital is not worth the trouble
I cant even upload a policy number as im still awaiting my policy documents for 4Months!
