On the l8th @ 17h17 i reported a problem with a withdrqwal of Money @ a Nedbank AtM. Ryno never registered the complaint. On the 19 I spoke to Kabello who told me he will register thr complaint. Later on the 19th I then got call from Ryno assuring me all is well and that a query has been lodged with Nedbank. I have now spoken to Charmaine Rajoo at Nedbank several times and they have not received any enquiry from Dinersclub. I now tried to speak to a manager at Diners to no avail as none are in today. Disgusting srvice from Dinersclub seems to be the norm.
