We were recently contacted by oneplan, and took the insurance. however after numerous and repeating my name and surname, my card was received with the incorrect details. at this stage we are struggling to get hold of oneplan to rectify this issue.
this is pathetic as we will have to pay for the re-issuing of a new card if that is the case i will just cancel due to lack of communication and service received.
how does one get hold of oneplan?
