Pray explain... And refund me. Sommer nou

Wanted to replace my cheque card as both the chip and magnetic strip died. R105 deducted for a new card as I was told that I damaged it. I carry it with all my other cards, some much older, and no other cards are damaged. None. To the contrary... when I open my wallet they sit snug next to each other, waving at me and singing "We love Halen, because he keeps us safe and warm and never damage us". Except for this one card that was "damaged" by me. Supposedly.

Tell you what, shiny happy FNB people: You stop ordering your cards from a sweatshop in Fangshan or somewhere else in downtown Beijing and you can charge me R105 for a card that does not work, capish?

Have you guys heard of the concept "wear and tear"? That is what happens if you use something frequently over a prolonged period of time and does NOT constitute damaging it... like an egg and a speedboat... not the same thing.

So kindly return my R105, or put it where the sun shineth not. But I would prefer you giving it back to me. Quickly.
