Hi there not sure whats happening i applied for credit assist and didnot get any response till i contacted hello peter so thank u hello peter i evenually got help there but when i get to the branch i get terrible service instead of standard bank helping get out if debt they are putting me more into debt applied for credit advance they have advised in the branch the all my accounts are paid cos the branch makes payments but when i call the creditor they advise me no payment has been done and all my debit still go out on the 25/09/2013 and my credit advance payment also go out on the 25/09/2013. then i also open a cheque in the branch in now 1 and half weeks and i still didnot receive any response about the account when i call the branch the branch manager promise that a service consultant will call be back it now 2 days i still didnot receive any calls
please help cannot afford double debit orders
