On the 15th of September 2013 a transaction went off on my account.I contacted FNB's department on Monday the 16th.I was e-mailed a claim form which I filled in and faxed back on the 17th of Sept 2013
On the 18th I e-mailed the department and requested confirmation of receipt of my claim form and progress made thus far.
Today marks the 4th day from when I reported the incident.I am yet to receive correspondence from FNB about my claim.
Is not a priority at FNB? Who will be to blame if these strike again?
Four days without any remedy is a long time
