Absa gave me the wrong claim form to fill in. When the form was rerouted to Absa nobody bother to find out why I got the wrong claim form in the firts place. The Claim was then submitted by myself and nothing was done by ABSA for two months. Only when I phoned did I realize nothing was done. I then had to redo the claim form.
The second "correct" claim form was mailed to me. I printed it out stapled it together and only just know find out that only the first page is in English the rest of the document is in some computer languages.
Again I have to beg ABSA to send me the correct form!
I get the feeling that they will do anything to make me opt out so that they don't have to pay out.
