More then a month ago I changed my policy (house) with MiWay (Busisiwe) I told he my story and today they call me 18-9-2013 that I am not covered for how the! @#$ can you do that and they take my money every month on date and now this. That why every one tell me to move from MiWay maybe I must also move as this are not the first time I have a problem with MiWay I told them my email address still it`s wrong so the people that work at MiWay are incompetent to do there work. Know they tell me they will call me tomorrow before 12:00am as they don't have my home address on there system. So they day I need to claim they have a problem with the adress and my policy.
I will make a call to the SA line also and put some news in the SA news paper.
