Miway breach of contact. / HIJACK is what they do not honour.
Dear all, please make sure that you carefully chose your vehicle insurance correctly,
Miway is very quick to tell you that they have a better deal, but that deal seem to be the worst deal. they have cancelled my policy when they realised that they can find a loophole in my policy. I had notified them that I would be moving and in the process of the move and the end of the year had apparently not given them the correct info re the address change. my Daughter was Hijacked in Table View Parklands, she was followed from Blouberg Road and as she stopped in front of my home 3 black men pulled her from her vehicle. she was very badly beaten up and the took her car and drove over her twice, .she was hospitalised.
no one had found the vehicle yet. Miway sent a letter confirming that my fiesta is covered by them, I have now received a phone call today that my car insurance is also void, within the consumers act this is highly illegal MIWAY MEANS No pay! H. van der Merwe
