How can we help you... after lunch!

Wow- maybe they should spend less time and energy on their Ad campaigns and rather focus on new clients wanting to open new accounts with them. I went during my lunch time to the FNB at the Banking Forum to open an investment. Well I never even got to hear their HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? I was sitting in the queue with one consultant helping us. Two persons in front of me, she calls the person first in the queue then when done with her promptly gets up and leaves... I can only assume to lunch because for 20 minutes we sat staring at empty desks. One of the other personnel came to us after 15 min and promised another consultant would attend to us within 5 min... well after 10 minutes I decided to leave. Definitely do not want that bank to look after my investments!!! And my lunch is also only an hour!
