I had a claims logged with Standard Bank insurance on 21.08.2013. Up to date just no one at the claims department comes back to me. I have spoken to Sipho Maile, Martin Langa, Heirich Sauls, Riana and they all tell me that they will get back to me. I have to phpone to find out what is happening to my claim and then they advise that they require this document or that document or this is not correct or that is not correct. Why dont they ever phone me to inform me as to what is happening on my claim? I have so many emails that i have sent over the 4 week period and only got 3 responses from them. I need to find out as to what is happening as the service that has been received are the worst ever. What seems to be the hold up that my claim cannot be finilized? Can a Manager or a Senior person please get in contact with me to advise on my claim.
