I'm really disappointed in the way my claim is being handled. I reported the incident on the 9th JULY 2013 and spoke to Sipho Maile who dealt with it first. I've forwarded the requested documents via email to him. I followed up on the 15th July as there was no response from Sipho, only to hear he no longer works in that department. Then I liaised with Martie Smith senior claims adjuster. To my disappointment to date I'm still waiting for my claim to be finalised. Martie Smith senior claims adjuster expect me to do the follow up. Tomorrow it will be a month! This is really bad service!
