Failling to deliver a feedback to my claim

My account has been hacked on the 16/08/2013. i logged a claim on the 19/08/2013. i was told it would take 3 opened day to proceed with claim, then i received an sms on the 21/08/1013 saying that it will take about 10 working day to resolve the claim. I waited for 10 working days then i went to the branch in melville where we called the department, they told me to wait for an extra 10 days. Up to today no one from the department has called me, i do not know what is going on. I went to the branch in cresta this morning and even there they do not know what happening. Every time i try to call the department, they put me on hold for 30 min at least and no one answer the phone.
this is really a very poor service from standard bank
