RCS Accounts

I requested an account of statement and agreement from RCS and they refuses to provide me with the documents. Real People bought the account from RCS and each time I approach RCS they refer me to Real People and vice versa. I am listed on ITC with RCS and Real People for the same accounts. Carinne Du Raan has an aggressive approach to this matter and not willing to assist me.
