Hi, my name is Itumeleng Teboho Makgalemele im currently insured with mi-way, i was given a voucher/gift card by my insurance on friday. i was told to phone in to activate it and i followed what was required for me to do and decided to test it at Makro on the same friday and it didnt work (Decline). i went to Game took my goods and when i payed with the cards it declined again. what an embarrassment - Game supervisor and myself phoned the customer care line from standard bank for assistance and they couldnt fix it... i literally spent the entire day at game store trying to resolve this issue. and i ended up using money from my pocket. one other thing that me off is that you cannot withdraw from ATMs and buy at any store with that card. i was a laughing stock and became an embarrassment on Saturday. im going to escalate this with my legal Team, media and facebook so they can see what they pay for every month is and being taken for a ride.
