RCS sold my account without crediting my payment

I recovered last year after getting a job and started paying everyone but RCS. There was no one to help me each time and I was told to call Fikile Gabela at MBD credit solutions - and he never answered his calls.

I eventually lost it and I asked to speak to someone in charge and I was referred to Carinne du Raan who assisted me only that once. She game me payment details and the outstanding amount of R2907.34. I made an initial payment of R800 towards the account on the very same day. She acknowledged the payment only to be called some days later by some incompetent guys from MBD - a Pretoria number requesting for account details so that they can debit the account. I called Carinne who told me the account has been sold to MBD.

MBD said the outstanding amount was still R2907.84 (irrespective of the R800) payment. MBD has debited my account 3x R700 which is R2100 in total plus the R800 I should be owing a mere R100-200.

However no one was to take charge - RCS too for the R800 so that I can close the account. So, tell me RCS, how am I supposed to settle the account???
