I have been trying to locate an amount transferred from overseas on 5 sept. Capitec tells me they work through nedbank. I was given 6 different numbers in cape town to phone, none of them are answered and your call is cut off. phoned the so called customer care line and was told the forex people are in a meeting try again after 1pm. they just don't care, do they? how about leaving a message for customers, how about having just one person on duty to help customers? I still don't know where my money is after 13 days. capitec pass the buck to nedbank and no one takes responsibility
