My name is Mbuyiselo Manzi. i just want to report about the death claim i made last week on thursday the 12th September 2013 at Assupol. i sent all the documents and they told me everything is fine and i will receive my money with 48hours, till today i have not received a cent from them. everytime when i called they told me one story that i will have my money today, and they are using FNB not Absa since Monday they told that story. i buried my nephew out of my pocket hoping to get the money at least Monday since i claimed Thursday.
