I have submitted four emails over a period of a week to Capitec Client Care and Forex division for information about my account and I have not received a single word of response from them. For Client Care to be so useless is disgraceful and does not give one much confidence in this bank. I will be glad to be rid of them as soon as my problems have been sorted out and I certainly cannot recommend Capitec Bank to anyone if even Client Care does not give any service what so ever.
