Poor service

Clientele legal was in the process of assisting me with the legalities of my query. I called back for feedback and was told that the attorney assisting me had left. I still was not happy with the outcome of my query and called again. I got through to a lady lawyer and whilst explaining, she cut me off and started speaking and when I tried to re-explain, she cut the call. I called back and spoke to a male and he tried making excuses for her. I then requested for the call recording when speaking to the lady and he did not get back to me for more than 3 weeks. I am appalled by the service I received. Clientele legal has no problem debiting my premiums but has a problem in providing proper assistance to their clients.
