Today i noticed that i had 2 debit orders from Hollard legal plan. In April i took out a legal plan from Hollard and as per our contract, my premium was supposed to be R200 per month. End of April my debit di dnot go through due to a wrong bank account number which was updated on the system. I called Hollard to rectify that mistake and i was told that the debit order will be loaded for April in May. This meant that i had to pay a R400 for April and May. Today on my statement, i had two debit orders, 1 for 400 and the second one for 200, in total you took R600 from my account.
Please rectify this at once.
