Overcharge of R938! Not yet refunded 8 days late

I bought 2 Shwarmas on 7 Aug-almost home I saw my Chq Card allowed R 938.00 paid to ANATS. I went back and had to go to Standard Bank with the owners' son and hand over my cellphone to confirm that they charged me R 938 instead of R 93.80. The Std Bank consultant gave me all his contact details and promised to refund the R938 the next morning early. The Std Bank consultant said that I should pay the actual price (R93.80) in ADDITION to the incorrect charge and promised to refund me the incorrect amount charged to my account the next day. Many mails later to Standard Bank and the cellphone no of ANANTS and they still owe me my money! I spoke to Sibongiseni telephonically and explained that he should check their bank account and refund my money ASAP which he promised to do. Since then I have heard nothing and had no response on my mails sent to him and Standard Bank. I have been out of pocket with almost R1 000 nevermind my time and petrol to try and assist them rectify THEIR mistake!!
