I have a couple of accounts with Nashua. My 2 GIG bundle went over and I was blocked. I have a R20.00 call limit yet it went over by almost R200.00 I contacted Nashua Mobile at the end of July and was informed that I would have to increase my limit to prevent me having to call in on the third of August to get the account unlocked. I did this Yesterday I logged in with my dongle for the first time to immediately get a sms telling me I was at 80% of my limit. This after only a few seconds. I called customer care and unfortunately did not get the ladies details. She could not tell me what was going on and after waiting for a long time I asked that she call me back as my battery was low. She PROMISED to call before the end of business... Still nothing... If you are good at collecting money each month from me then I expect the same level of proficiency when I need answers
