FINANCE and ELEC TRANS FEE CHARGED THOUGH NOT USED

Hi,

Good Day

This is unfair as standard bank has charged electronic transfer fee and Finance or Interest charge charged me which i have not used service. On 3rd of July mistakenly i have done EFT of R20000 but with in seconds i realized that i have done eft from credit card and at the same time i have done eft to my credit card from my cheque account. fraction of seconds is not suppose to cost me 70 rand. Please fix my problem.
