Never again swipe credit card at Edgars!

My credit cards has been triple charged (R 2, 305 x 3) last week at Edgars Eastgate. I reported and provided documents (receipt & bank statement) and my contact number to a customer service name "Damikutsu" on 23rd November who said will call me back on Monday 25th either Edgars will make a credit (R 2, 305 x 2) to my bank account or cash refund. However she never call me as promised thus on Tuesday I call to the customer service department and has been told by a staff name "Tambi (or Tembi)" that Damikutsu is not there at the moment but will ask her to call back shortly (I gave her again my contact number). Until now no one from Edgars ever call me back neither credit to my bank account.

I went to the bank to filled up a dispute charged form which could take up to 45 days for investigation and during this time the wrong charged (R 2, 305 x 2 = 4, 610) is not withhold on my account taking up my credit limited.

Could you please be atleast responsible for your word, call back to customer to give just an acknowledgement of your refunding process. I didn't ask for a compensation of what all costing me from your over charged to my account!
