I bought a Chery J5 from the Chery Isando dealership and the maintenance / warranty / service booklets i have state from 08.10.2010 to 08.10.2013. According to the Natis paper the car was registered by Chery SA on 07.07.2010 - rendering the car I bought a demo model (which i was not made aware of as the papers state new car that I signed for) and therefore the plans supposedly kicked in when the car was registered and not when I bought it. This means that I have lost out on a few months of the plans because Chery and Liquid Capital were dishonest. So now as a customer I am paying in full for everything without being able to utilise the maintenance plan while it is still valid according to my booklet. We live in a society where salespersons are only cared about how to make a quick buck and rip the innocent customers off and who cares that the customer will have to find means and ways to pay for the brakes, the starter, etc. cos we got paid our dues so stuff the customer cos the Natis paper is what we go buy.
