Purchased a Hyundai I10 with Maintenance plan. Had a problem and need to use the plan - was advised that I did not purchase this plan, - service plan was purchased.
Clearly states on my invoice and agreeement papers with the bank that a maintance plan was purchases.
The dealer nor Liquid Capital is assisting me. I am phoning and sending e-mails from Monday and up to know I don't know what is going on.
I have paid for my plan and expect to have it.
If the dealer made a mistake - not my problem
I was told a maintenance plan was sold to me,
I am getting the run around and don't appreciate this. This is utter nonsense.
The service i am getting from Liquid Capital is terrible,
Can someone please assist me is resolving this query.
Not sure why this problem happen in the first place.
