In 2012 I purchased 2010 KIA with extended Maint. Plan worth R8259.00. It CLEARLY states START DATE = 2012/03/29. It will be active for 3years/60000km. So 11 Apr. 2012 I took the car for 30000km service. They paid service in full for R1236. So they had my plan on their system/records. I took the car again for a service 11 April 2013. KIA contacted me & said my plan expired on 6 Feb 2013. I contacted Liquid Capital & Fungiwe told that there was only a Standard Factory Warranty active on my car. NO PLANS. But they paid for my service in 2012?? Then my plan was on their system/records. So I paid R8259 - R1236 (2012 service) = R7023. I now had to pay R1629 for 11 April 2013 service. So in total R7023 R1629 = R8652 that I paid for Maintenance on a KIA in 1 year. The Dealership also emailed them my information on 11 April 2013 & I was only told one of their team of champs will contact me. NOTHING. I am in AWE. I WILL lay a complaint with the OMBUDSMAN. I will never again prurchase a Maintenance contract if Liquid Capital is the supplier. The KIA is on 40380km not 60000km. NATIS re-register document show 04/04/2012. READ. 2012 3 years = 2015. Simple Maths.
