I contacted the Prestige Banking Call Centre as was helped by a consultant who had no idea what she was doing - I was the IN!!! I then phoned again & was put through to Devrell - explained how frustrated & irritated I was with the previous consultant - he helped me straight away - calmed me down - & resolved my problem STRAIGHT away... He was so efficient & helpful. I can only say WELL DONE!!! Keep up the good work...
