I went to update the number my OTP is sent to and Ronald was very helpful. He offered to notify me via email once the update was completed since I couldn't wait for confirmation and hence the effect thereof has a turnaround time of a maximum of 3hours. I left the branch assured that I would be helped with my query and I was not visiting standard bank for the first time for this request. I had visited several branches, Giyani included, with no help.

Ronald does his work with passion and knows what he is doing. I picked this up when he was talking to the internet banking call center consultant over the phone (I had called internet banking and a consultant asked me to get consultant so that he can explain him what actually should be done).

standard bank needs consultants like him to move forward!!!
