After 2 attempts with the very helpful Prestige Bankers at the Prestige Banking Call centre, I have still not received a call from the sales department despite being told that the query was marked as urgent and that I would receive a call within the next 2 hours. This is a first for me because I normally receive very good service from Standard Bank pity they dont have anyone in their Prestige Call centre that would be able to assist me. very disappointing.
