Thank you to Simphiwe from the Prestige banking line who was amazing on the phone a short while ago. Her friendly, courteous attitude and super efficient assistance at 6:40pm was much appreciated. After a long day at work it is much appreciated to have my banking issues resolved in such a friendly manner and so quickly. Before my call was even finished I had already received SMS confirmation that my request had been attended to.
