Call centre cause of on my account

I am really annoyed with std bank, call centre consultant advised incorrect information now i was defrauded and std bank cannot find the call. wow thank you std bank after you guys helped load the beneficiary and advised me wrongly, 48 hours for internet banking clearence to another bank now become 9 hours
