WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE!

I have been with Nedbank since I was still a school kid, enjoying good service from a branch in Umlazi.. What a bad experience I had when I visited the Clairwood Branch where I was attended to by an indian lady, who displayed no good attitude when assisting me.
Because I had my card for very long, it was starting to peel and getting destroyed. At times It couldn't read when inserting it into the ATM.
Because I work nearby, I went to the Clairwod branch to apply for a new card. I proceeded to the enquiries teller, who took my ID, did a security check with me by asking a few personal details and stuff. He then asked me to sign on a blank sheet. I was very irated when she told me that I did not sign properly. She gave me another sheet, I signed again, and she said I didn't sign properly again - &she cant help me

The most frustrating part is that I went to Nedbank Umlazi today to do the same thing Clairwood coudnt do for me, and I was assisted.. they compared my signatures and they were surprised when I told them about my experience at Nedbank Clairwod. Maybe I was treated that way because of my race (I don't know)..
I AM SO NOT HAPPY AND I DEMAND ANSWERS REGARDING THIS INCONVENIENCE.
