Hi
Once again I am very unhappy with Nedbank. I opened an investment account end of April and all went well, documents were signed, submitted etc. Today I phone to transfer funds into my cheque account and I am told that there is a hold on my account. So I ask the guy what he means and he says there is a form I needed to sign at the branch but I was not advised of this so now I sit with an issue where I cannot take my funds out because of this.
THIS IS AN INCONVENIENCE AND ONCE AGAIN I AM HIGHLY CONVINCED TO ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO USE NEDBANK AND I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.
SO IRRITATED!
