My geyser had burst on 7th Dec 2013. I immediately lodged the claim with absa HOC. After several phone calls and begging, Absa managed to send technician to fix on 08th Dec afternoon. More than 24hrs later! By this time my ceiling was damaged. I again called ABSA to get someone to inspect and repair the ceiling damages. After numerous phone calls I received an email from ABSA on 9th Jan... stating that someone will come on 10 Jan to check the damages. Till today (20 January 2013) no one has bothered visiting or updating me with a status.
Never seen such a pathetic service!!
