We send an email on 10 September 2013 to Megan Peffers to get our vehicles papers. She replied same day that she send it off to VAF and it will be with her in 5 to 7 working days. Today we were suppose to collect. Now the story is that VAF NEVER got her request and they will now only send papers in 5 days time. This is unacceptable! Please we need this urgently. please sort this out.
