Being a long standing customer with Virgin insurance this is my 2nd claim and it seems they find
every excuse not to pay or repair goods. Highly disgusted to know a reputable insurance company as yourselves can treat customers like criminals. Yet to claim premiums you guys are on the ball. My last claim was also an issue and I was forgotten about and after my calls for feedback 4 weeks later I was assisted.
I am sure there are other insurance companies who treat there customers like people and not a Number.
I will be moving my insurance if this is not resolved within 24 hours I do not have to follow up with your callcentre that is not my JOB!!!
