New Site not Working

Not being able to create pdf proof of payment decide to make use of the call centre, after listening a being directed to the correct department they directed the call to various other people after which the last person could not redirect my call and advised I should drop the phone and call back.

After calling back spoke to someone who tried helping me, after directing me to a place where I can send the pdf to my email I told him if the system was working correctly I could generate a pdf from the site and not email it to me at my cost. Lying to me saying it does not cost me anything I called him out on this as I know I will be charged. After admitting he was incorrect he said it's my problem and they are working on their new site

Thank you ABSA for a new site where I am not able to do my business banking as required and not helping and finally lying to me.
