NEDBANK SLOW VALIDATION PROCESS

March of the year I resigned from my work form Z894 was handed to my bank to be completed, this was filled in incorrectly as my account number was copied wrongly. This mistake was pick up by the GEPF on the 29th of July upon validation, this happens just before payment is made. I have since corrected this and my payment is in the final stages except for a final validation. on Saturday 2013-09-14 I went to the bank to see if they could assist in the validation process via inter departmental contact. I was disgusted at there response... A simple NO IT CAN NOT BE DONE! Because of there tardiness I have lost out on a franchise opportunity not to mention accumulating debt... and other emotional hardship all this because of NEDBANK THE GLEN I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism in this matter. I would like the manager to get involved as the validation process can surely be sped up via a simple phone call... surly that would be the true meaning of SAVY!
