Pathetic service now i'm bearing the brunt

On the 14/08/13 I met with the consultant of AF to arrange a policy for death, dreaded diseases etc all went well I completed docs and returned it to her within days nothing later than 19th even sooner as my memory goes but lets work with the 19th. I then got absolutely no feedback from this consultant not as much as a email or a phone call, finally on 30/08 I decided that I need to call her superior as I am now concerned my policy was to start on 01/09, finally they got all the medicals started and the said consultant sent me a email to apologies no phone call (takes all of 2 min). I was informed they needed a additional urine sample and a heart specialist report which I agreed to as I had already declared I suffer from anemia this call came from BCH again there was no contact from the consultant after her email the nurse gets to me to take bloods for a 2nd time I was never informed of the need for a second test and now when I want to cancel I get told another company will check the register and this will be a problem as they will have to report that I am medically unfit this not being true as the medicals was never completed so now I'm still without cover for my kids. disgusting.
