My bakkie was in for left front wheel repair and even waiting almost 3weeks I got it back Thursday but still there is some noice coming from the left front side. Ive requested for someone to call me back Friday morning and still waiting. Looks like my life being in danger cos my bakkie was not fixed properly does not faze the insurance company at all. WHAT will it take to actually be treated fairly as the paying customer I am? I think a full report of the assessor and a full report from what the repairer did is a good start and then re-sending my bakkie to a repairer in the same area that I live in that can actually give me propper feedback as to the repair status of my bakkie and not being told that they have no Idea how long it will take. That would make me a satisfied customer again.
