Toke my bakkie and car in for a assessment at the Tellesure - Century City on request from my Insurance company Auto and General. The assessment were done and I was ask to take my bakkie to Auto Magic to be repaired. I toke my bakkie to Auto Magic as instructed by the Insurance company on my collection of my bakkie I discovered only a portion of the work were done as I ask the technician at Auto Magic he inform me that the Insurance company and the Assesor Mr Ashley Lewin only pointed to that portion as the whole back of the bakkie were in need of repairs. I reported it to the Insurance company two weeks ago with no positive since my complaint were lodge. Telesure refuse to respond to my emails the same with Auto and General as I phone daily to get an update regarding my complaint. nopy due to my bakkie being halve repaired. Awaits telesure and the insurance company to get in to with me as to were I must take my bakkie to get fixed properly. Mr Ashley Lewin from Telesure also did the assessment on my car as the same thing happens he confenetly left damage out as I did pointed out to him. Awaits proper feedback
