Bakkie went in for an service

On the 3rd my Chevy bakkie went in for the 30, 000 km service I was there at 08H10 to deliver my bakkie I only got it back at 17H20 as I drove off the bakkie keep jerking and had an problem to drive so I turned back to the service station and report my problem the service manager took my bakkie for an drive and got back that he is not happy with the bakkie I must leave it there so they can start it first ting in the morning no news no calls nothing after 32 times I finally got threw the lines are engage all the times I ask what is the status on my bakkie they have no parts and not sure when they will have parts but will let me know I cancelled all my bookings on the 3rd because they could not help me with transport today no parts so all my appointments must be cancelled again from the 3rd and the 4th one I cannot cancelled is the court one no transport and they do not care this place service is so so bad they could also not tell me when they will have parts I ordered an part 21 days ago and had to pay upfront still nothing will I be without my bakkie for the same time or more even they could not give any answers
