Unacceptable service, deal

Good day

I am Jan Barkhuizen I bought a Foton Tunland Bakkie @ Foton Menlyn about 2 months ago, first I applied for a Sandgold, they delivered a silver, the day of the first delivery the bakkie was full of chip marks and some scratches there was a total of over 20 faults on bakkie, we refused to sign, 2 days later they delivered the second bakkie, there was a few small faults and we took the bakkie back to Menlyn the engine light was on there was rattles etc, Didi fixed it, and only signed the PDI that day, on our way back hope the bakkie left us on the road, we phoned road site assist they came to pick up the bakkie on the 9th of July 2013, after a week we received the bakkie back, the bakkie was also not registered on our name and the temporary permit was extended twice. it is 5 weeks later the bakkie is now registered on our name but on my personal name not on the business name a bought it??? and we registered it our self. also last week I had a second problem with the bakkie and road site assist came to pick up the bakkie, and was taken to Polokwane, the guy confirmed that they cant get someone to fix the air and its more that week now. Can I cancel the deal??
