Aon
Failure to delive

I logged my claim on 13 May with AON for attempted car on my d/c bakkie. I requested AON to provide me with hired car on 24 May so that I can hand in my car for repairs. I only got the car on 24 May around 16:00pm.
As I was travelling out of town that Friday it was late already for me to deliver my bakkie to the repairer. I only left the vehicle with the repairer on 28 May. On 10 June it came to my knowledge that the repairer has not submitted the quotation to booth assessor and AON (Chanelle). I called Adrian (repairer) and he submitted the quotation to both parties on the same day. Since the submission of the quotation on June 10 till today, nothing has really happened with my claim. I was only informed on Friday 14 June (16:45pm) by Chanelle that my vehicle is going to be written off. But I knew already on Wednesday 12 June that my bakkie is going to be written-off.
If Chanelle did her JOB from 10 June till today (21 June), I could have had my car being settled already and getting what is due to me (my money). Which means that I could have sorted out my finances and bought another car already. Now she is not willing to extend the car hire (which is due on 23 June) till AON
