My issue still not resolved

I have been trying to get My Updates to be activated from last month after having to change my card. I have contacted the call centre so many times and evry person I speak to tell me it's been amended but I still don't get any notifications when am making transactions. i even called last week, spoke to Thembi Mavi who said she was opening an enquiry for me. She gave reference number 36559203 and she told me someone will contact but even now my issue has not been resolved. I called again today, spoke to Slindile who was very nice but she still couldn't assist after keeping me on hold as she had to speak to her supervisor. I really need MY Updates to be activated coz it played a very big role when my account was used.
