On 8 January 2013 I applied for an Overdraft increase which, according to them, should take 24 hours for them to complete. I sent my payslip and ID to [Email Removed] I have made numerous calls to their Call Center who promise that some1 will get back but guess what? NO ONE ever calls me back. It has been 336 hours (14 days) since I made the online application and I have'nt gotten an answer from FNB! They should change their slogan to "How can weed help you" because clearly they are smoking it!
