On the 19August2013 I received an sms saying I could get a 50% discount if I settle my account before the 30sep13 ive since been calling the call centre almost everyday to get a settlement amount I keep being sent from pillar to post no one can help they keep referring me to their titanium department which goes back to the same collections department I received another sms on the 12sep13 for my credit card with a 30% discount but still no one is able to assist. can some1 please get back to me and give me the correct amount's so I can settle my accounts.
